Job Summary Under the direct supervision of the GIS supervisor, perform complex technical duties to support geographic information systems (GIS) in the Public Works department. Work across all disciplines in Public Works to identify and document GIS business needs, then work with the appropriate GIS staff to develop workflows, tools, software solutions, and processes that meet those needs. Develop documentation and metadata for all processes, maps and data that Public Works GIS produces.
